We are focused on turning our locals into connoisseurs, to become as passionate as we are about the quality of their coffee and food. We aim to work closely with our local community, sourcing a range of quality produce.
Our focus is on creating an environment in which customers are immersed in the culture that Black Elk values, so they leave feeling like a local every time.
An unassuming front hides this gem of a restaurant. We are never disappointed with our meals, and just as importantly, the coffee is really good too! Definitely good value for the portion size, and super friendly staff makes it a place we always love to come back to.

Black Elk Espresso is a gem. Customer service is so important these days and this place certainly has it down pat. The presentation and quality of meals were excellent in conjunction with the service. What more can you ask for. We definitely will be back for more.
Food was amazing and the service is really good. Staff are really friendly and always have smiles on thier faces. Me and my husband always get the taro latte every time we visit. It’s yummy! 😋 We love coming here and this local cafe is an absolute gem 🙌
Love this place. Has an amazing vibe to it. Beautifully tucked away next to the library. Has parking in the front and back with lots of indoor and outdoor seating. They are a pet friendly cafe so feel free to take your fur baby. All the dishes are perfectly crafted and plated. Highly recommended and will be going back soon.

We do our best to ensure that all our customers are able to enjoy Black Elk. Reservations are available for certain times of the day. During peak periods we may not take reservations, however, always do our best to seat customers as quick as possible.
All our meat comes from Halal certified suppliers. Whilst our kitchen is not halal certified, we have two grills in our kitchen to cook the meat separately.
We love your furry friends and are more than happy for you to sit with them at our outside tables.
Yes! We are now open for dinner on Friday & Saturday nights from 6PM to 10PM!
